Refunds

If Pro or a theme isn't what you hoped, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it, whatever the reason.

How to ask

Pro and themes are sold by Creem, our merchant of record. Ask for a refund through Creem's customer support, linked from your receipt email, with the email address you bought with. You can also write to us at [email protected], or tell us in the app (Settings → "Something not working?"), and we'll sort it out with Creem.

The money goes back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the licence key stops working.

After 30 days

If something doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it, tell us: we'll refund you even after 30 days. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
